Requisition ID: 11996 Location: Kendallville, IN, US, 46755 Department: Manufacturing & Operations Travel: No Travel Required Location: Kendallville, IN Pay: $25.70/hr + $1.65/hr shift premium Schedule: 12?hour shifts (6:306:30), 3?2?2 rotation, evenings & weekends required
What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you'll run equipment that converts paperboard into consumer packaging. You'll ensure quality, safety, and smooth production flow. Key responsibilities include:
Set up, operate, and adjust printing and gluing equipment
Load materials and monitor production flow
Inspect product for quality (color, clarity, accuracy)
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning
Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes (training provided)
Complete computer data entry for orders and production tracking
Maintain a clean, safe work area on the production floor
What We're Looking For Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and work 12?hour shifts Comfortable working with tools and machinery Willing and able to work overtime, nights, and weekends Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
