Responsibilities
Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
Support mobility: transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Provide incontinence care and bedtime/overnight assistance
Offer medication reminders
Assist with range of motion exercises (as directed)
Support hospice and comfort care needs
Prepare light meals/snacks if needed
Perform light housekeeping
Provide companionship and overnight supervision
Use equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts (training available)
Follow individualized care plans under nurse supervision
Qualifications
Active CNA certification (required)
Previous caregiving or overnight experience preferred
Experience with Hoyer lifts, Foley care, and ROM exercises is a plus
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
