Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance productivity. Reporting operational issues, progress, and safety concerns to upper management promptly. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: MUST BE a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered. A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or related work experience preferred. 23 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ employees.
