Competitive hourly wage (DOE)
Monday-Thursday - 7:00am - 5:00pm
Doff, package, and load material to customer specifications
Read and follow production schedules and pick lists
Inspect fiber and finished rolls; remove waste properly
Identify correct tube cores and packaging materials
Learn mechanical and electrical components of wind-up systems
Set up and operate production lines
Monitor quality and production efficiency
Package and load finished materials
Doffer Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing or production experience required
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
Ability to read and interpret work orders and production schedules
Must follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Willingness to learn equipment operation and basic mechanical components
