What You'll Do
Provide resident care according to individualized Care Plans
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
Follow all infection control procedures
Accurately document vitals and required information
Immediately report any concern or violation of the Residents' Bill of Rights
Support residents and your care team with a positive, team-focused attitude
What You Bring
Completed CNA/STNA course and active state certification
Strong communication skills
A service-driven mindset and eagerness to learn
Positive, dependable attendance
