Production Worker
Production workers will be working on the production floor in a manufacturing environment. This company manufactures commercial roof and wall insulation panels. Production workers will be standing at the machine ensuring the products are flowing smoothly through the line. If products are damaged or unaligned they will fix them. If machine jams they will push button and reset machine. Production workers must remain attentive to the line as products could build up if they become unaligned on the machines. Other duties include cleaning up your work area and assisting where needed. Employees will utilize paper check lists/work order forms. Production workers must be open to the cleaning aspect of the role as it is something they will be doing frequently during training period. Every 6 months they will learn a new task within the facility (machine operation, forklift, documentation, etc.)
General production worker, general labor, machine operator
Production workers must be able to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly all day.
Entry Level
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake City, FL.
The pay range for this position is $20.89 - $22.39/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
