Key responsibilities include:
Leading the operation of sophisticated production machinery systems
Performing quality control testing using industry-standard methods
Troubleshooting and maintaining high-tech equipment
Operating modern material handling equipment
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Manufacturing experience
Forklift/powered industrial truck experience
Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Team player mentality
Work environment and physical demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs. PPE provided.
