We are looking for a skilled Brazer to join our team. The role involves gathering component parts such as fins, casings, and hairpins, and assembling and brazing jobs to the specifications provided by drawings and work orders. The successful candidate will utilize an overhead lift to retrieve coils from the WIP lane, assemble return bends, headers, and distributors on the coil, and braze components to the coil using specified methods.
Responsibilities
Gather and prepare component parts for assembly.
Assemble and braze jobs according to specifications.
Utilize overhead lifts for coil movement.
Push work tables to brazing areas.
Collaborate on safety, quality, and production goals.
Push or pull larger items like pallets and coils.
Identify and tag unsafe equipment.
Assist in other departments as needed.
Maintain cleanliness to 5S standards.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in brazing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
Capability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods.
Excellent manual dexterity and hand stability.
Basic math understanding and verbal communication skills.
Team player open to constructive criticism.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
