Job Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate personal care assistance in the client's home (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention support.
Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and help maintain a safe home environment.
Prepare light meals and assist with housekeeping or errands as needed.
Monitor and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
Valid CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (preferred but not required).
At least two (2) years of experience in home care, long-term care, or working with seniors is required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Schedule & Availability:
Full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts available
Day, evening, and overnight shifts
