We are currently seeking skilled assemblers with expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical assembly. Successful candidates will contribute to building, installing, and testing components for cranes, diggers, booms, and trucks.
Responsibilities
Perform complex mechanical assembly work and conduct hydraulic functional testing to verify product quality and conformance.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and schematic drawings to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.
Use power supplies, tools, jigs, fixtures, hydraulic test equipment, precision measuring instruments, and manual hand tools for assembly tasks.
Install electrical wiring systems and components on trucks, including lights, strobe lights, back up alarms, trailer plugs, and back up cameras.
Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, wiring problems, and use critical thinking to solve problems.
Inspect and test equipment for trucks before they are sent to the customer, ensuring all components operate to customer specifications.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following all safety regulations and wearing appropriate safety attire.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma/GED required.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
Basic computer usage knowledge.
Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and schematic drawings.
Basic understanding of hydraulic principles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Vocational training is desired.
Experience in production assembly, machine operation, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting.

Work Environment
This role is in a manufacturing and production environment that is not climate controlled. It is fast-paced and performance-driven. The dress code includes plain colored T-shirts (blue or grey), jeans, and steel-toed boots. The available shifts are: First Shift from 6:30am - 3:00pm, Second Shift from 3:15pm - 11:45pm, and Third Shift from 10:30pm - 7:00am. All new hires must attend a mandatory orientation for the first two days and be willing to train on the first shift regardless of their assigned shift. Work may require overtime, including three out of four Saturdays per month.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.30 - $21.80/hr.
