PrideStaff is seeking a meticulous and reliable Returns Clerk for a premier soft medical device distribution company in Palm Beach County. This is a dynamic role within a warehouse environment where you will ensure the accuracy and quality of incoming returns.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Returns Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse returns operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that products are properly inspected and prepared for resale or repair.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive returned merchandise and verify quantities against RMAs, packing slips, and internal return orders.
Support product repair and repackaging, including boxing, applying compliance stickers, and poly-bagging.
Move products to designated locations while maintaining stock rotation and labeling accuracy.
Assist with daily shipments for Amazon and help prepare fulfillment orders for FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services).
Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and keep the repackaging areas clean and safe.
Monitor packaging levels and report shortages to the lead.
What You Bring to the Team
Experience:
Previous experience in warehouse operations or returns processing is preferred.
Language Skills:
Bilingual English/Spanish is required to support team communication and documentation.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Detail-Oriented:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow specific instructions.
Safety Mindset:
Commitment to following company policies and safety protocols.
Physical Requirements
Lifting:
Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Activity:
Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
Environment:
Ability to work safely in an active warehouse with moving equipment and varying temperatures.
Freight Support:
Willingness to assist with unloading containers and inbound shipments when necessary.
