Operator - 3rd Shift
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to support operations across warehouse and manufacturing environments. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a team-oriented operation. The role involves assisting with a variety of tasks including material handling, basic assembly, facility organization, and general operational support while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.
Pay: $17/hr
$19/hr Shift: 3rd Shift
11:00pm to 7:30am
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials, products, and equipment manually or with basic material handling tools such as pallet jacks
Assist skilled team members including machine operators, technicians, warehouse personnel, or maintenance staff with daily tasks
Clean and prepare work areas by removing debris, organizing materials, and maintaining safe workspaces
Sort, pack, label, and organize materials, inventory, or finished goods
Perform basic assembly or disassembly of components and equipment as needed
Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas
Follow all workplace safety procedures and properly use required protective equipment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is a plus
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
Basic communication and math skills
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
