Compensation:
$18.00 - $25.00/hr

What you will do:
Deliver exceptional customer service
Work in a team environment
Drive revenue and help meet the market goals
Scheduling and routing of technicians
Coordinate the correct skilled technicians to the right service calls
Handle customer service requests and issues, collaborate with department management on customer satisfaction solutions and strategies
Help others and feel great doing it!
What we need from you:
2 years of dispatch experience minimum
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to prioritize tasks
Service Titan experience a major plus!
Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
