Candidates for the System Vice President Supply Chain position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain management within a healthcare setting, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role. A strong background in healthcare supply chain operations, contracting, and regulatory requirements is essential. The role requires a leader with a strategic mindset, adept at driving sustainability, resiliency, and risk-mitigation initiatives. The candidate must have a proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets, build and manage strategic supplier partnerships, and ensure compliance and risk management across the supply chain. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to lead a diverse team and foster effective collaboration. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree and professional certification being preferred.
