Here's What You Will Need
Graduate of an Accredited Vocational Nursing Program required
Six (6) months in an acute care hospital setting or completion of THR Residency program required
LVNLicensed Vocational NurseUpon hire required
BCLS -Basic Cardiac Life SupportPrior to providing independent patient care & maintained quarterlyrequired
Here's What You Will Do
Collaborate with team to facilitate hourly rounding and initiate action to meet patient needs
Takes action to reduce/eliminate patient risks
Collects Data and reports significant findings to RN
Uses nursing model to obtain adequate data to initiate implement and revise plan of care to meet patient, physician, and family needs.
