About the Role: As a Packaging Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations on the packaging floor, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality. You'll motivate your team, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain high production standards in a fast-paced, pet-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and coordinate a team of packaging associates
Ensure efficient workflow, accurate production counts, and adherence to safety standards
Train, mentor, and support team members
Perform quality checks and resolve operational issues
Communicate effectively with Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments
Maintain records and report on shift performance
What We're Looking For:
Previous packaging AND supervisory experience (required)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a high-speed manufacturing environment
Attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
