A NYC-based luxury real estate company has an immediate opening for an experienced Package Room Attendant in a luxury rental building. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Package Room Attendant in a residential building and will possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Minimum of one (1) year's customer service experience is preferred. Ability to speak and write clearly. Capability to pay close attention to detail. Must have flexible work availability. Must be available to work overtime as needed. Some heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) may be required. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Must have experience using a computer on the job. Experience with BuildingLink.com is a plus.
