As the first smile our patients see (and hear!), you'll play a big role in creating a welcoming, positive experience.
Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and help schedule appointments
Keep things running smoothly at the front desk
Support your team and help create a positive office environment
What you bring
13 years of customer service experience (dental or medical is a plus!)
Comfort with multi-line phone systems
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Great communication skills and attention to detail
A team-first attitude and a positive mindset
