The Role
Legends Global has an immediate opening for a Parking Cashier. Responsible for managing daily parking transactions and assisting customers at the Jacksonville Sports Complex and Prime Osborn Convention Center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Processes credit card payments and mobile passes via handheld devices
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with others
Provide parking instruction/guidance/assistance to guests as they arrive.
Provide guests with directions and other venue information.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to read signs and follow simple oral and written instructions.
Excellent customer service skills
Computer or technology literacy
Must be able to pass a background check to include a credit history report and meet corporate minimum requirements.
Education and/or Experience
One year's experience in a customer service environment.
One year's experience in retail.
