Required Skills:
Ability to identify electronic components (through-hole and SMT)
Basic understanding of mechanical and PCB assembly processes
Familiarity with manual and automated soldering tools and microscopes
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and technical documents
Strong attention to detail and precision in repetitive tasks
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or within a team
J-STD-001 certification (preferred but not required)
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior hands-on experience in electronic assembly or related manufacturing roles
Experience working in a production environment using IPC or J-STD-001 standards
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in a manufacturing/production setting, with both seated and standing work expected
Use of hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment must be performed safely and correctly
