Warehouse Associate
Pridestaff NKY is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our client in Florence, KY. As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will play an invaluable role in the fulfillment operation working in a great team environment to ensure customers receive their orders correctly, in good condition, and on schedule.
This is a
temp-to-hire
opportunity!
Pay rate: $17.00/hour
Shifts: 8:00AM
5:00PM Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
Fill orders from inventory via automated warehouse system:
Separate orders by special ship dates, special requirements, priority, and products needing production orders.
Pack products into shipping container in a professional manner.
Process production orders when necessary.
Print labels for part identification using established labeling formats and programs.
Perform required documentation and/or data entry to properly record the count, adjustments, removal, and stocking of inventory.
Utilize computer to investigate/verify all information relating to product, customer orders, or shipping information.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic math skills.
Working knowledge of computers.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, in both verbal and written form.
Previous data entry and quality control experience is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Required to stand for extended periods of time. Frequent lifting (in the range of 5
20 lbs). Occasional lifting (up to 70 lbs.) is required. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Moderate noise level with little fluctuation in temperature.
