Job Description

This is not a remote position and requires candidates to work on-site at the Dallas, Texas location. We are seeking an experienced Skip Tracer that will manage a full queue of assignments. This position is responsible for locating bank & finance customers and vehicles subject to repossession nationwide. This is not a collections or sales job, however, this position does involve outbound phone contact with customers, field contractors and client bank employees. This is solely an office position and not a remote position.
Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location software.

Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software)

Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities

Manage the repossession process for bank clients

Work closely with bank employees

Perform in depth people/vehicle location searches

Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues

Make phone contact with customers, field agents, and while skip tracing

Desired Skills

1 to 2 years of Automotive Industry, or Collection/Repossession experience preferred

Strong communication skills and phone skills to give clear and concise direction.

Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Professional appearance and demeanor

High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications

Target Base Salary Range: $45,760 + Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) USD

Basic Requirements

2 years of customer service
