We're looking for a Receptionist / Salon Coordinator who brings a warm smile, upbeat attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to kids and their families.
Sharkey's Cuts for Kids has been serving families for over 20 years and has grown to 200+ locations nationwide. As a leader in children's haircuts, we combine fun, creativity and top-quality service. Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude
Manage appointments, check-ins and overall client flow
Answer phone calls, texts and customer inquiries professionally
Educate customers on retail products and services
Maintain a clean, organized and inviting front desk area
Ensure salon cleanliness by disinfecting tools and work areas
Assist with retail sales, stocking and visual displays
Support stylists to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with shampooing or basic services (e.g., mini manicures), as needed
