Job Title: Shipping & Receiving / Material Handler Location: Wickliffe, Ohio Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available Pay: [$18$22 per hour depending on experience] Job Overview We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving / Material Handler to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are moved safely throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips Inspect materials for damage, accuracy, and quality before entering inventory Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into the company's system or ERP Label, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts or physical inventory Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Qualifications 1+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack is a plus Ability to read packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documentation Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
