Electrical Assembler
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to support the installation and wiring of automated aluminum fence gate systems in Orange Park. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing electric motors, connecting control components, and ensuring safe and reliable electrical operation of gate systems.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: $20/hr
Key Responsibilities
Install and mount electric motors for aluminum fence gate systems
Assemble and wire electrical components for automated gate operation
Connect and configure keypads, control boxes, and related access systems
Hook up electrical power sources to control panels and gate systems
Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and installation manuals
Test gate systems to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or mechanical issues during installation
Ensure all work meets safety standards and electrical codes
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in electrical assembly or installation
Experience installing electric motors and control systems preferred
Basic knowledge of low-voltage and/or standard electrical systems
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical instructions
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Experience with stick welding is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
