Storeroom Warehouse Attendant
We are seeking a reliable Storeroom Attendant to support warehouse and inventory operations at a customer facility. This is a 6-month temporary assignment working MondayFriday from 8:00 AM
4:30 PM, with occasional overtime. This role is part of a small team environment, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently while staying organized and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory, tools, and equipment
Pick, pack, and issue materials to site employees as needed
Accurately sort, label, and store items in designated locations
Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records
Break down cardboard boxes and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Assist with inventory management including cycle counts and stock replenishment
Inspect tools and equipment for damage or wear and report issues
Deliver tools or materials to designated work areas when required
Qualifications
3+ months of warehouse, inventory, or similar experience preferred
SAP experience is a plus, but not required
Basic computer skills and data entry experience helpful
Ability to read work instructions, safety procedures, and basic documentation
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a small team setting
Physical & Work Environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Steel-toe shoes required
Long hair must be tied back; no drawstrings or loose jewelry permitted
Facility is heated but not air-conditioned (large fans are used for cooling)
Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting required
