Regional Driver - Out 2 nights weekly

Job Title
Lynden Door Trucking, LLC is a growing, family-owned transportation and logistics company, looking for full-time, Class A - Regional Driver to join us working out of our new yard in Salt Lake City, UT.
The driver in this role will be gone 2 nights a week, and home for the other 3 evenings.
We are a common carrier licensed to haul all types of freight, which includes our own wood doors and door products.
More About The Role
Flatbed or Curtain Trailer experience required.
Regional lanes running within the surrounding states of Utah
these lanes allow the driver to be home every weekend.
Compensation & Benefits
Regional Drivers starting average is $85,000 - 93,500/ annually- based on 50 hours/week.
Steady work throughout the year.
Class A Drivers are paid hourly based on both on-duty and drive time.
Overtime is paid for all hours worked in a week over 40.
Quarterly Performance Bonuses; Up to $400.00. Eligible on the first full quarter, following the 90-day probation period.
Gold Star Bonus; annual bonus of $400.00, Eligible after one full year of employment.
Medical, Dental and Vision insurance plans available
401-K retirement plan is available with company contributions after 1 full year of employment.
Core Skills & Competencies
Must be able to pass a company pre-employment drive test.
Class A drivers must be able to provide a good driving abstract.
Physically fit enough to chain up, climb into trailer to secure your load, open the hood of your truck for inspections, help with unloading if needed, etc.
OTR and mountain driving experience is a plus.
Job offers are based on passing a DOT drug test as required by law.
Must have good customer service skills and the ability to represent our company well.
