What You'll Do
You'll be the face of the branchhelping customers access financial solutions while keeping operations running smoothly.
Help customers apply for and understand loan options
Process applications and verify documents accurately
Follow up with customers to maintain and grow relationships
Assist customers with payment plans and account solutions
Make collection calls on past-due accounts (with training provided)
Support daily branch operations and step in when needed
What We're Looking For
You don't need finance experiencewe'll train you. What matters most is your attitude and work ethic.
1 year of customer service experience (any industry)
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
Basic computer and math skills
Bilingual is a plus
