Certified Nursing Assistant responsibilities include:
Provide daily routine care, including bathing, dressing, and serving meals
Feed residents as necessary
Provide safe transfers
Assist with maintaining a clean and healthy environment
Document clinical actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
Qualifications:
Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of New Jersey
Experience in acute care LTC or similar settings required
Current/active CPR certification is preferred
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
Weekend Requirement: This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
