Night Machine Operator
At Danone, manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Night Machine Operator based in Fort Worth!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Performing all jobs in the Production Business Unit (filling and packaging).
Rotating among themselves and being responsible for the designated line unless otherwise directed by management.
Responsible for minor repairs and adjustments.
Assisting in training of operators.
Consulting with management in developing, improving, and modifying standard operating procedures (SOP's) and training manuals.
Working in conjunction with maintenance on maintenance and preventive maintenance functions within business units.
Helping in establishment of equipment set points.
Appropriate bargaining unit duties as assigned.
About you:
High Diploma or equivalent.
Manufacturing experience.
Experience in CIP (Clean in Place) process.
Ability to change over process to accommodate flavors, formats, and sizes.
Ability to load boxes into feed.
Ability to load materials and supplies for the production line.
Ability to operate Pallet Jack.
Ability to enter data into computer.
Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles.
Experience within a food/beverage environment is preferred.
Flexible with shifts, where working on weekends and nights is required.
Ability to work under pressure and potentially stressful conditions.
Self-motivated and a self-starter.
