Warehouse Associate
Pay: Starting at $16 All Shifts available (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
Responsibilities:
Stage client packages in the correct outbound areas, verifying order numbers, destinations, and shipping priorities for accuracy.
Prepare outbound shipments by labeling, sealing, palletizing, and ensuring all items meet company and shipping standards.
Work alongside automated conveyor and sorting machines to ensure packages are routed to the correct locations.
Load and unload trucks, organize pallets, and distribute weight properly to support safe and efficient transport.
Pull packages from conveyor lines and build pallets based on destination, then shrink-wrap pallets for shipment.
Use computers or scanners to log package information and maintain accurate documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all warehouse safety procedures.
Perform routine checks to ensure all staged and shipped items are complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
Assist with manual tasks as needed, including lifting, sorting, and moving packages throughout the facility.
Additional Details:
This is a hands-on, physically active role requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (most packages range from 525 lbs).
Assignments are temporary (approximately 34 months / 720 hours). Candidates interested in permanent roles must apply internally.
Strong work history and consistent tenure are preferred.
