What You'll Do:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support mobility, transfers, and mealtime routines
Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
Work closely with nurses and the care team to deliver exceptional care
