Our client, a recognized leader in the food processing industry, is currently hiring Entry-Level Packing Workers to support their Packaging Department. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where safety, quality, and collaboration are top priorities.
Position: Production Associate Location: Ferndale, WA Pay: $19/hour (paid weekly) Schedule:
Swing Shift: MondaySaturday (temporary schedule; will return to MondayFriday in a few months)
Choose from:
3:00 PM
11:30 PM (or later with overtime) or 3:00 PM
1:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Unload pork bellies and other proteins from smoked racks for processing
Assemble and break down boxes for packaging and recycling
Assist with labeling and inserting materials into product packaging
Palletize finished products according to specifications
Maintain a clean and organized workspace (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
What We're Looking For:
Ability to follow verbal instructions and work well with others
Willingness to learn and take on various tasks
Strong attention to detail to meet product standards
Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE
Dependable and hardworking in a fast-paced setting
