CNA / HHA Day Shift Caregiver (8AM4PM)
Right at Home Tallahassee is actively hiring CNAs and HHAs for day shift caregiving positions (8AM4PM) providing one-on-one in-home care to seniors.
If you are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or experienced caregiver looking for consistent daytime hours with a supportive team, we would love to meet you.

CNA & HHA Benefits
$15$18 per hour starting pay + weekly pay
Day shift schedule: 8AM4PM
$1 weekend shift differential
Mileage reimbursement when transporting clients
Paid travel time between client visits
24/7 caregiver support with an after-hours team

Paid orientation and ongoing caregiver training
Health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days (17+ hrs/week)
401(k) retirement plan after one year
CNA / HHA Job Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Assist with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Support seniors with daily living activities to remain safe at home
CNA / HHA Qualifications
Active Florida CNA license OR Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (40-hour minimum)
Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
Compassionate, reliable, and professional caregivers encouraged to apply
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
Physical Social Security card
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass AHCA Level II background screening
Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week
