Join Millennium Print Group as a Folder Gluer Operator (S3)! We're looking for an experienced finishing operator to join our manufacturing team in Raleigh, NC on NIGHT SHIFT. What You'll Do
Set up, operate, and maintain folder gluer equipment (Bobst experience preferred) at an advanced level.
Run complex folding carton jobs while maintaining quality, speed, and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and correct equipment issues while minimizing waste and downtime.
Mentor and provide guidance to S1 and S2 Folder Gluer Operators.
Document production runs, inventory, and maintenance using the MIS system.
Lead pressroom improvements through preventive maintenance and advanced technical knowledge.
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 6 years of folder gluing or finishing operator experience in a printing or packaging environment.
Advanced knowledge of glue systems (hot melt, cold glue, fugitive, window).
Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and quality control skills.
Experience mentoring or leading junior operators.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
