About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be the senior financial leader, driving the financial strategy in line with the private equity sponsor's value-creation and exit plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial management aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation. A key focus of the role is to support acquisition-led growth, leading financial diligence, modeling, deal execution, and post-close integration. The CFO will also be tasked with building and maintaining transaction-ready financial reporting, controls, and processes, as well as designing and implementing sales compensation plans aligned with growth and strategic priorities.
The ideal CFO will have a background as a hands-on, detail-oriented finance leader, with a strong track record in a private equity-backed environment. They must be a confident partner to the CEO, capable of influencing across the organization, and a clear, credible communicator with Board and investor presence. The role requires a leader who is data-driven, metrics-focused, and has a solid understanding of manufacturing cost structures, margin drivers, and working capital management. Experience in a similar manufacturing business, particularly in the food or consumer products sector, is preferred, and the candidate should be prepared to relocate to the Denver, CO area.
