Dates Needed:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule & Clinical Details
* Shift: 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am, night shifts)
* Variable schedule: 8h, 10h, & 12h day
ight shifts
* Weekend & holiday coverage:
* Sat & Sun: 2 rooms at 12h/day, 1 OB 12h/day, 1 night shift 12h
* Case mix: ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, healthy pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, vascular (no CT/Neuro)
* Types of surgeries expected: Cardiac, complete ortho, OB, pediatric, regional, thoracic
* Exclusions: Complex vascular, head/spine, neuro
* Medically supervised care team model
* CRNAs support 7 ORs in main surgery dept, 4 ORs in adjacent Surgi-Center, 2 GI treatment rooms, 1 bronchoscopy room, 1 cath lab
* Average cases: 40-45 general anesthetic cases/day overall; 3-4 cases/day per CRNA
* No new grads

* NBCRNA Required
* Active WA License Required
* Willing to License
