Job Duties
Sleep Number Corp. seeks Digital Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst in Minneapolis, MN. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to test digital products, identify issues and support continuous improvement across web platforms. Req: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, and 24 mos exp in digital QA or web testing roles. Req demonstrated ability to: understand HTML, CSS, JavaScript, & web technologies; identify, document, & troubleshoot defects, conduct root cause analysis & data interpretation; write test plans; participate in sprint ceremonies; collaborate with cross-functional teams. Req knowledge of: Agile development environments & QA methodologies; web testing, incl manual & automated testing across browsers, devices, & operating systems, & familiarity with tools like Selenium, Cypress, & BrowserStack; technical web, including understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, & RESTful APIs; demonstrated ability to test & validate web components & integrations; WCAG accessibility standards and SEO fundamentals, & using tools like Axe, WAVE, & Lighthouse; and QA tools (e.g., Jira, Postman) & version control systems (e.g., Git). Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office & 2 days remote. Salary Range $97,765. - $100,300., benefits pkg incl: medical and pharmacy bene, dental, life and disability ins, 401(k) plan and PTO.
