We are seeking an experienced

Physical Therapist

to join our acute care team, providing individualized therapeutic care to patients across the continuum of care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice and professional code of ethics
Assess and evaluate patients therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status
Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and the care team
Provide skilled therapeutic care, using interventions and techniques to improve patient condition/function
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, therapeutic devices, and techniques for use outside of sessions
Prioritize caseload, coordinate daily staffing needs, and manage assignments and handoffs
Qualifications

Required:
Current

Physical Therapy license
Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy (or higher)
Minimum

2 years of acute care experience
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of start)
Preferred:
Experience in high-acuity or acute care hospital settings
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Hourly Rate:

$36.53 to$53.20/hr (based on experience)
