Responsibilities
Conduct service calls for both
inland and offshore surveys .
Maintain a
high level of communication and service
with customers.
Ensure proper use, management, and return of
equipment, consumables, and tools
required to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain the
cleanliness and organization
of the technician's vehicle and assist in keeping the shop area clean.
Coordinate with the
Hydraulic Service Manager, Division Manager, and Office Coordinator
to schedule and complete repair and remanufacturing projects on time.
Notify the Service Manager when
additional support or resources
are required to meet repair deadlines.
Accurately document and submit all
parts taken from inventory , and return any unused parts to Inventory Control.
Complete and turn in all required
paperwork and job documentation
promptly.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid
Driver's License .
TWIC Card
required.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in the marine service industry.
Strong
practical/mechanical experience
with hydraulic systems.
Excellent
communication and teamwork skills .
