A skilled, professional position involving machine repair management, knowledgeable in maintaining and operating Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). A minimum of three years of leadership experience in an industrial environment is required.

Responsibilities
Directs and maintains all machine maintenance, machine preventive maintenance (PMs), building and grounds and maintenance team
Promotes continuous improvement
Obtains quotes for new vs. cost to repair or replace worn parts
Identifies and acquires any controls, tools, equipment, resources and skills that are needed to achieve the required quality
Stops production to prevent non-conforming product manufacture
Participates on improvement teams, as needed
Coordinates employee actions for subordinates to include evaluations, discipline, training, testing, and career development
Involvement in Forklift and Crane Training program
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of leadership experience in an industrial environment. Knowledgeable in maintaining and operating Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
