Overview
Field Service Technician – Travel, Troubleshoot, and Innovate!

Location: Ball Ground, GA (On-Site). Travel: 70-85% (Nationwide). Compensation: Based on experience.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot & Repair

– Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues on high-tech packaging machines.

Install & Maintain

– Set up, calibrate, and optimize equipment at customer locations.

Remote & On-Site Support

– Provide expert assistance both in person and via cutting-edge remote support technology.

Customer Engagement

– Deliver top-tier service while training customers on proper machine operation.

Team Collaboration

– Work closely with experienced technicians, engineers, and service managers.

What You Bring

Technical Skills:

3+ years of experience in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues.

Problem-Solving Mindset:

Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges.

Customer-Focused Approach:

Strong communication skills and a "Can Do" attitude.

Flexibility:

Willingness to travel extensively (70-85%) and adapt to changing schedules.

Training & Growth:

Willing to undergo comprehensive training, including online, in-house, and shadowing senior FSTs.
