Responsibilities
Coordinate with outside counsel and consultants on foreign fund registrations and distribution arrangements
Draft fund offering documents including country-specific supplements, and managing version control and translations
Respond to due diligence and anti-money-laundering requests
Review marketing materials for compliance with competing regulatory standards
Prepare electronic and printed board materials for quarterly meetings of foreign funds and international affiliates
Execute routine international regulatory filings
Oversee electronic and paper document management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of paralegal experience at a law firm focused on corporate or finance clients
Exposure to fund, investment management, or regulatory experience
Paralegal experience at an international firm a plus
Strong research skills
Strong oral, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Salary Range
$90,000 – $100,000
