Valid Class A CDL; must have a clean driving record
No accidents or incidents within the past year
CDL address must match hiring area
No SAP/Hair Follicle Drug Screen
6 months 53 ft tractor-trailer experience within the past year, or start as a trainee
Trainees (less than 6 months 53’ trailer experience in past year) welcomed
60 days after CDL school completion (for trainees)
Compensation & Schedule
Weekly pay: $1400–$1500 (average)
During training (2–6 weeks): $650 weekly (based on driver and verifiable experience)
$15 per stop
Mileage rate: $0.55–$0.65 per mile (based on experience)
Additional Information
Major carrier with nationwide fleet
2 weeks out; solo dry van routes; loads along the eastern seaboard; no long hauls to the far west
