Warehouse & Delivery Associate – Wine Distribution (Houston, TX)

Part-time
Hours per week:
30 hours guaranteed , with flexibility for additional hours
Schedule:
Primary shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Initial training period will include frequent shifts between 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM to learn receiving, routing, and warehouse processes
After training, early-morning hours will be as needed to support business demands

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable
Warehouse & Delivery Associate
to support our Houston distribution operation. This role is primarily warehouse-based with
local driving approximately one day per week
and
occasional out-of-town
based on business needs.
Responsibilities
Pull, stage, and check orders accurately
Receive and verify incoming shipments
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
Assist with local deliveries; occasional out-of-town trips as needed
Perform basic vehicle safety checks before driving
Communicate with warehouse, operations, and sales teams
Requirements
Must be
21 years or older
Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred
Driving experience a plus
Ability to consistently lift
30–50 lbs
Must pass a drug test
Clean driving record required
Comfortable working independently
Willingness to work occasional early mornings (4 AM–8 AM)
Pay :
$16.00 per hour to start
90-day introductory period
with performance review
30 hours per week guaranteed, with flexibility for additional hours
Pay progression to $18–$20 per hour as role reaches full scope
