to join a respected healthcare facility in
North Carolina . This long-term placement offers international nurses the opportunity to advance their clinical skills while working in a fast-paced, high-acuity PCU environment with full relocation and onboarding support.

Role Overview
As a PCU RN, you will care for patients requiring close monitoring and advanced clinical interventions. You will manage complex patient conditions, assist with cardiac and respiratory monitoring, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
Administer medications and titrate drips as ordered
Perform frequent assessments and implement targeted care plans
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
Provide specialized care for post-operative, cardiac, respiratory, and step-down patients
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
Minimum
24 months recent acute care PCU or Step-Down experience
Willingness to relocate to North Carolina for a minimum 3‑year commitment
Hourly Rate:
$38–$45 USD (based on experience)
