Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, and BI tools, with experience in cloud data platforms (preferably GCP). The role requires the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that support business growth. This is a hybrid role preferably sitting in the clients Mumbai location, but Pune or Chennai could be a potential option.

Skills and Requirements
• Strong SQL expertise with hands‑on experience in PostgreSQL, including writing, optimizing, and maintaining complex queries
• Proven experience with database performance tuning, including indexing strategies, execution plans, and CPU/memory optimization
• Experience working with large‑scale datasets and data pipelines in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with hands‑on use of BigQuery
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, data processing, scripting, and basic automation
• Prior Data Analyst experience with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
• Hands‑on experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Looker or comparable BI tools Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
BigQuery (data warehousing)
Cloud Storage / Dataflow / Composer (nice to have)
Familiarity with LookML (if using Looker)
Experience working with large-scale or distributed datasets
