Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications and IT infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled L3 Engineer .Net/Python (NC, FL GA) x2 to join their dynamic team. As a L3 Engineer .Net/Python (NC, FL GA) x2, you will be an integral part of the technical support department, supporting critical infrastructure projects and ensuring seamless operation of complex systems. What's the Job?
Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues to minimize business disruption.
Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications following industry best practices.
Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop preventative solutions.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support engineers.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support infrastructure upgrades and deployments.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and security protocols.
Hands-on experience with .NET Core and Python development, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
