As a Rigger with us, youll play a vital role in the

on active job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Operate rigging and lifting equipment to hoist and move materials on construction or industrial sites.
Safely rig and secure heavy equipment in accordance with industry safety standards.
Inspect all rigging and crane gear regularly to ensure proper maintenance and safe operation.
Communicate effectively with crane operators and crew members to coordinate lifts.
Read and interpret blueprints, lift plans, and technical schematics.
Qualifications
25 years of proven experience
as a Rigger/Lifting Specialist in a construction, warehouse, or industrial environment.
Hands‑on
crane and rigging experience
with a strong understanding of load limits, hoisting procedures, and safety protocols.
Physically able to lift heavy loads and work in outdoor environments across various weather conditions.
High attention to detail with the ability to operate efficiently in fast‑paced settings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
