Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Parts Clerk to join their team. As a Warehouse Inventory Parts Clerk, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Wed - Sun, 8am - 5pm or Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
What's the Job?
Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and MRO materials, tracking stock levels, and ensuring sufficient quantities are available to meet demands.
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against orders, conduct quality inspections, and ensure compliance with specifications.
Accurately catalog, label, and organize parts and materials within the warehouse for easy retrieval and accessibility.
Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, distributions, returns, and discrepancies, utilizing inventory management systems such as SAP.
Process requests for spare parts efficiently, picking items from inventory, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring timely delivery to the designated departments or customers.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
